"VILLA PALMERA" is a project presented by the promoter SIDI, a developer operating on four different continents with a mission to create housing estates that can have a positive impact on the country's economy and appearance, and create jobs for 250,000 people in Côte d'Ivoire. This project is part of the major "LE REVE" housing programme, which comprises a total of 3,000 homes.

La première phase du projet consiste de 100 villas déjà terminées et pour la plupart livrées aux clients, les villas BAOBAB, ROMA et BELLA. Les villas sont bâtis sur de surfaces de 350m² et 500m².
